Warmest greetings to all AKS
alumni. It was a great treat for me to have known so many of you during
my years in Dhaka. Even better, many of you have kept in touch with me
since my departure and I’m always pleased to hear your news, deeds
& misdeeds. Congratulations to the creators of the Association and
this website. It’s a great way to keep in touch with one another &
to somehow feel connected to the people and place that was a dynamic
part of many of our lives. I look forward to the events which will
unfold & hope to be a part of them for years to come. When you start
introducing me to your grandchildren I’ll know that I have lived a
full life. My permanent e-mail address is mccaf@nucleus.com.
Keep that AKS spirit alive. With fond memories of you all.
Ken McCaffery

Welcome to the official site of the
AKS Dhaka Alumni Association.
The life of a school are its students, but its history lies with those
who have left. The memories of your time at AKS Dhaka are
hopefully very special and the Alumni Association will provide a means
by which past students and staff can add to the short and rich history
of our school.
The school started with eight students but now has a worldwide
network of ex-students and graduates. This is a good time to establish
an Alumni Association. I wish to acknowledge the dedication of the
founding Board Members. Through their hard work they have
established another and very significant avenue for the growth of our
school. We all owe them a very
sincere thank you.
I would encourage all past students and staff to participate in the
activities of the association and assure everyone that the school
strongly supports this venture.
Yours sincerely,
George G. Kays
Principal.

Alright, kiddos! You can stop
wagging your tails and wetting your Calvin Klein underpants in eagerness
- the Association has been launched!
We're officially an entity (as opposed
to our otherwise meaningless existence) for you to use and abuse at
your discretion. Start from the home page
and have a look at the world of possibilities that we have to offer!
